Maybe I’m not understanding things right here, but I’d like a ‘semi
The user should be able to have rights assigned to them to allow them to
take tickets and view queues. However I don’t want the to have access to
the Tools, Preferences, Configuration and Approval buttons on the left
hand side of the screen.
This person is a support mushroom, not an admin.
Am I completely missing something? I can’t see how to do this.
