SelfService Display issues (or bug?)

Hi there,

I’m doing some work where we have tickets that have parent child
relationships so that when looking at a master ticket you can see the status
of all of the child tickets.

The problem is that when using SelfService for our non-privileged users that
although they can see the ticket, they cannot see some of the items such as
Dates and Relationships.

I’ve even setup the group rights on the queue so that Requestor has all
rights, so I don’t think it’s a rights issue.

Gow can I get additional information such as Dates and Relationships
displayed in SelfService?

Is this as design issue or a bug?
