I am in the process of setting up a RT system, with hopes of deployment
and have a few questions:
I have created a queue specific custom field, and would like it to be
visible on the end-user/self service end of the site. Also, if possible,
it would ideally be a ‘required’ field for the user to fill out.
We are mainly a Novell shop so the ability to authenticate and avoid
having to do RT account creation would be desirable. We authenticate
against the Novell stuff using LDAP for other web-based services, might
that be possible with RT as well? Perhaps some other solution?
