SelfService - Can't view tickets that I have created

Greetings,

I have setup a queue and have given all rights to all groups - but I still
can’t seem to view my own tickets via the “self service” pages.

In other words, I was able to create the ticket but I am not able to view
the ticket and it doesn’t display in the “/SelfService” or “home” page.

What am I doing wrong?
