Self service group view

Hello all,

I have a queue name “Test” and a group name “Test Group”.
The 'Test Group" has the following rights:
AssignCustomFields
CommentOnTicket
CreateTicket
ModifyTicket
ReplyToTicket
SeeQueue
ShowTicket

This group uses Self service page to submit tickets.

This group requires that each group member ticket will be visible for
all, currently each member see his own tickets only.

how can i achieve it?
