Is the SelectRequestor found here http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/SelectRequestor supposed to work with 3.8.8? The first line in the diff does not exist in the Create.html in this version. Or am I reading this whole process incorrectly?

The wiki article references, 3.4.3, so probably now.
You may want RTx-EmailCompletion, depending on what you’re trying to
do.
