Searching Ticket Histories

Hey all,

It is entirely possible that this has been answered previously, however
my searching is drawing a blank, so…

One of the great things about RT is the ability to search through
tickets, and especially the fact that you can search through custom
fields as well.

However it doesn’t appear that you can search for content held in the
Ticket History.

Is this correct? Is there a modification that I can make to allow a
search of the histories of tickets?

My apologies for this complete waste of an email thread.

I only just clued in that my predecessor on this deployment installed a
5 month old version of RT. Doh! Since then I have sufficiently modded
things that “just upgrading” is going to be painful.
