Searching ticket content 'foo' vs '%foo%'

Hey all,

I recently upgraded rt to 2.0.13 (from something like 2.0.6) and I get
reports from users that the search function won’t work anymore.
After investigation I noticed that searching for ‘foo’ yields no results,
but ‘%foo%’ works perfectly. (everything without quotes !)

Other users that have experienced this ?

A wonderful question for ‘senior’ RT users:

This must have been a dream I had or maybe a rumor but could it be that
one of you can generate weekly/monthly reports from a queues’ transctions??

Someone kindly advise if possible. I am an RT newbie :wink:
