We have a few CFs that apply to Users. We would like to search for tickets based on those User-specific CFs.
For example, we have a CF for “Affiliation” that applies to Users. It contains things like Student, Faculty, Staff.
How can I build a search that displays Tickets where the Requestor’s Affiliation = Student?
