Search users

Hi all,

I have a question about searching for users. I’d like to enable the
support staff to type in a name and click search and then see all the
users (most probably email requestors) that have a surname or firstname
LIKE the query.

Then click on the that user, and see all tickets ever created by that user.

It seems like it would be a pretty common thing to do. Is there
functionality for this? Do I need to write a plugin?

Hi,

Simple search box supports putting email address to mean search active
tickets where that user is requestor.
