Search "sent to email address"

I have a requirement whereby we need to create a new search field but on the
email address that the ticket was originally sent to.

For eg, there are numerous email support email addresses/aliases that all go
into the same queue. Now looking around a bit I cant really see a way to
search tickets based on the sent to address, or am I missing something


No you aren’t missing anything. The only place that this is recorded is
in the header of the ticket creation transaction. Doing a search for
this would be pretty ugly.

The best thing to do (with out hacking the schema) would be to create a
global custom field and have a scrip populate the field with the address
on creation. You can then search on that custom field.
