Search Problem

After recently screwing up with RTx::Shredder on an incompatible system
it has been found that our Search function no longer works as intended.

We have a custom field called Profiles which consists of approximately
85 different options in a Select Multiple. So theoretically, by
selecting one of the options, I should be able to pull up a list of all
tickets containing the profile selected and only the profile selected
(it is the only search option selected). However, instead, I get a list
of all 10,000 tickets in the database.

I’ve checked other options such as owner, and owner with status of open
and even a blank search. These searches worked as expected. It is only
the custom field that is not doing what we want.

Any ideas what might need to be fixed?
