If I try to do a search on a string on the subject of a case. Then the search
fail. I have f.e. tried to search on the string “test”, and the subject of one
of my testtickets are “test”. If I also add the queue and owner to my search
criteria then it matches the “test” ticket. But should I not be able to just
search on the subject ? I am running RT2.0.14 on Solaris.
