Hi All
Im running rt3 3.8.1 on FC 7 with mysql 5.0.67
I tried this morning to do a ticket search and i noticed that when i click on calendar so i can enter search dates it comes up blank
also if i try any search critera and enter tem in to the add search box the whole page returns blank.
I can only get back to RT by deleting the browser cache and restarting the browser
I can get to users ok and change their details without any problems.
I also tried in mysql to drop rt3 database and let RT build a new database in that one everything works as it should
so to me it loks like a database error but im not an expert at RT, linux or mysql
any suggestions or fixes would be welcome
