My boss wants a scrip which automatically opens a
ticket when someone takes it.
I tried to use user defined custom preparation code
from inside the application, but I can’t figure out
how to refer to the ticket from there.
Is there a way to access the ticket from custom prep
code or do I need to implement my own scrip instead?
Could someone provide pointers to docs which explain
how to do that? I saw some docs for rt2, do they
apply equally well to rt3?
