Ok I’m hoping someone knows how to do this.
We have various custom fields where Users will fill in data about a specific thing.
Is there a way that when someone fills in one of these custom fields whilst creating a ticket, the Info they put into the Custom field will be saved to a drop down list for future use so that the user doesn’t have to type in this data into the custom field for another ticket?From: Lionel Wolfaardt
