Hi RT Developers,
We have been preparing to upgrade to RT 4.4.2 and have noticed a rough spot in the new rudder theme. When you are in the Ticket/Display.html screen, the older web2 theme had buttons at the top that would allow you to go to the common actions: comment, reply, forward, resolve, favorite, and extract article. The new rudder theme pushes comment, reply, forward, resolve and extract article under a dropdown widget. This greatly complicates the mechanics of the motions needed to initiate those actions versus the web2 theme. It seems like the keyboard shortcuts for that page could be used to address this inefficiency:
r - Reply
c - Comment
f - Forward
s - reSolve
e - Extract article
How are new keyboard shortcuts added?
