I have installed RTx-Tags. Great plugin, but I can’t work out how to put
in phrases into the tag field and cloud. I tried using " " and ’ '
around phrases with no luck.

Anyone know how I get phrases to work?

Like most tagging systems, there is no support for phrases at this time,
and other features (like per-queue glancelets) are more likely to implemented.

Thanks, I thought that might be the case. I just see a lot of other tag
cloud systems on forums and blogs being able to use phrases and figured
