Rtir statuses

In regular RT tickets can be changed to a deleted status, then eventually
deleted using Shredder. In RTIR it seems that the best you can do is change
to rejected status. Does this mean that records are not meant to be deleted
if using RTIR?

Thanks.
Dave

In this moment I haven’t checked everything in RTIR 1.2 :((, you can’t
do it.

It should in theory be relatively easy to write a script using RT::Shredder
to remove tickets matching a certain criteria ( rejected && 3 weeks old ),
and hopefully not leave any links dangling.
