Rtir+resolve problems

hi,

could someone give me a hint why the resolve button does not work?
It shows up the ‘Resolve Incident’ page, I press the Resolve button
but the incident is still open.

RT 3.4.5, RTIR 1.1.5

Hi Torbjon,

If I don’t remember bad, this is due to RTIR 1.1.5 doesn’t change the
"_RTIR_State" custom field. I can not remember if it was a permission
problem, but I’m afraid it’s because of something else like RTIR
modifies the Status field, but not the “_RTIR_State” field.
