RTIR 5.0.4 beta1 is now available for testing. This release has a cool new articles feature and some bug fixes. You can view release notes on our documentation site:
RTIR 5.0.4 beta 1 release notes
As always, when upgrading RTIR, you first need to upgrade RT. We now keep the versions in sync, so for RTIR 5.0.4 beta1, you first need to upgrade to RT 5.0.4 beta1.
The new process articles feature in this release allows you to write process documentation for Incidents and display it on the Incident page. Which article to show is determined by the Classification set for the Incident. This allows you to set a different process for each type of Incident. You can find additional details in the documentation.
We appreciate your help testing out these new releases. As with previous releases, you can report any issues in our public RT instance or post here for discussion.
