RTIR 1.1 development branch moved

The RTIR 1.1 development branch has been renamed to “1.1-TESTING” to
conform to the Best Practical Solutions branch naming convention in
preparation for release of the first “beta” version of RTIR 1.1.

The URL for this branch is now:

svn://svn.bestpractical.com/rtir/branches/1.1-TESTING

We use linux-style versioning. RTIR 1.1 is the dev series for 1.2
