RTIR 1.1.5 Failed Installation

I tried to install rtir-1.1.5 and when I run the command perl
Makefile.PL

I get the following message:

Cannot autoload main - main::AUTOLOAD at inc/Module/Install.pm line 88.

What could be wrong?

Please install Module::Install and
Module::Install::RTx. Rename inc folder. Run perl
Makefile.PL again.
