RTIR 1.1.4 now available

I’m pleased to announce RTIR 1.1.4, which should fix the installation
and scrip issues reported here, along with a host of other issues that
Carlos reported to us privately. Additionally, this version features a
new build an install system that should make folks’ lives easier in the
long term. RTIR 1.1.4 (and RTIR 1.2) are designed specifically to work
with RT 3.4 which is due for release in two weeks. RT 3.4.0rc6 (also
just released) features important fixes to the custom fields system to
support RTIR 1.1.4.

Just out of interest, when will the next version of rtir be
marked/considered “production”?

The README for rtir still reads:

WARNING!

This is a development version of RTIR.

If there is no such impending production version, what is recommended as
the most stable combination (i.e with rt3.4, if that is the recommended
rt to be running with rtir)?

Thanks

Roughly, “when folks using the betas stop sending us lists of issues
that stop them from being able to use it.” It seems to be getting
fairly close, but I’m not going to fix a date until the various incident
response teams testing it out give a thumbs up.
