I am using RT 3 with RTFM and I am attempting to use the extract an article feature. I have set up a test custom field called Body and its set as “TextSingle”. From my understanding you should be able to hit the extract article link when viewing a ticket and be able to hit one of the drop down menus and have the text in that comment populate the field. Is this wrong thinking on my part? The reason I ask this is because if that is how its supposed to work its not doing it correctly. Did I maybe miss a configuration file somewhere for this?
