RTFM: Customfield data not inserting upon Include RTFM Article

RT 3.4.2 RTM 2.1-TESTING (3726) perl 5.8.6.

Everything about RTFM seems to be working (I’ve only played with it for 45
mins) except that I can’t seem to include any custom content when I Reply
(using www interface) a ticket and click to include an article. When I do
so, it includes:

#2: foo

testing

“foo” is the subject and “testing” is the summary. I have a CF called
"body" that applies to RTFM Articles of type Fill in one text area (I’ve
tried wiki and others as well). The content of “body” in article #2 is
filled out but as you can see isn’t making it.
This is all under a class called TestClass and a topic of TestTopic.

I’ve granted all the perms I believe I need to but I’m a superuser anyway.
I’m not seeing anything relevant in the logs (debug mode).

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Just sent the attached to rtfm-bugs.

Additionally, I wonder about this line:

% if ($cf->Type eq ‘TextSingle’) {

There is no “TestSingle” CF type - shouldn’t this just be “Text”?
