Has anyone made some pages that will use RTFM content as a publicly
accessible knowledge base. I know you can do this with self service,
but it requires a login of some sort. We do not have self service
setup for our customers, for user interaction we do everything via
email. But I would like to have a webpage that list a bunch of
articles as a knowledge base.
