are RTFM articles in a separate database than the main RT database? How can I get a dbdump for just the articles, or at least query for them if a separate dbdump is not possible?
does anyone know how can I upgrade the articles? we upgraded from 3.8.7 to 4.4.0 and the articles seem to be missing… I noticed there is a script named “upgrade-articles” but when I run it, it says my instance is too new?
