RTFM article layout inclusion into tickets

Hi,

      Anyone know how I can change the layout of the RTFM articles

when I include them in a RT ticket? At the moment it brigns in the RTFM
article number, title and some other info I don’t need. Is it possible
to just bring in the text content field?
