I’m pleased to announce the first release candidate for RTFM 2.0.
2.0RC1 includes a number of fixes and improvements since the last beta.
There’s a known issue with quoted message content being included
repeatedly when including RTFM content in ticket reply messages.
This issue is actually a problem in core RT and has been fixed for the
next release of RT.
This release can be downloaded from:

Hi Jesse,
I installed RTFM 2.0RC1 and have a question… When I view an article the
text doesn’t wrap when it reaches the browser’s edge…
I previously tried to fix this problem without success…
Any ideas?
I am using IE 6.

Thanks again for a wonderfull product. I just installed it over the beta I
ran. I will soon have a deeper look into it. But some initial remarks.
The installing process (make upgrade) is very inpolite:
A) It does not change ownership of installed files according to the rules
in RT 3 (root:bin for modules in lib) and it changes mods on the whole
rt3/lib and rt3/html tree to 755, which alters the mods from rt3 install.
For my opininio it should only touch files it really installs by itself.
B) RTFM 2.0RC1 does not survive a rt3 upgrade (the beta before did!). When
I installed it and later did a rt3.0.3 make upgrade to nullify some changes
I did in the code, the whole RT stopped working because of an error in
RTFM/autohandler. I will reproduce this soon and send you a log.
and two others:
C) I can still see no fnctionality in adding an article reference to a
ticket. I can well search for an article and klick to the button to add it
but nothing happens. Do I miss something.
D) I am positively surprised you did the same I did locally here: using a
custom field -category (exactly the same name for headers in
your FAQ template.
Regards,
Dirk.

Hello Jesse,
there is another small glitch in RTFM. Please remove the doubled </%args>
in share/html/Callbacks/RTFM/Ticket/Elements/Tabs/Default.
Thanks,
Dirk.
