Rtfm 2.0.3rc1

Is now available from

http://download.bestpractical.com/pub/rt/devel/

It should fix the bug that was causing the CLI and Statistics graphs to
break. The previous fix was being undone by our license-tagging tool.

I’d like to hear success/failure reports

I’m getting a 403 error when trying to download. I tried a few other
random files from the same location and they are downloadable.

That would be because I messed up the file permissions. Give it another
shot.

That fixed the download for me.

Unfortunately, it didn’t fix the graph problem for me. Did it for
anyone else that was having problems???

Thanks,
Kelly

Can you verify that the CLI works for you?

Thanks,

I’ve never looked at any CLI commands, if you have a simple one you can
give me, I’m happy to run it to see.

Doesn’t look like it. I tried “rt list users” and it told me malformed
response, so I set RTDEBUG=3 and reran. The output is below. Is it
possible that the RTFM “make upgrade” didn’t do something? I didn’t find
any way to determine the RTFM version.
