2/ I also have got an issue of .RTF attachment that is displayed as a
text file in the ticket… rather than beeing just presented as a link.

Could you check value of Content-Type header field for that attachment?

CONTENTTYPE : text/richtext
CONTENTENCODING : quoted-printable
for this document in the database. table attachments.
