RTAddressRegex and ExternalAuth error

I have installed Net::LDAP in cpan and installed all dependencies. I am getting the following error messages after restarting apache2 (fails):

Sounds like the RT path is not right. Was it working before? Did you
install the ubuntu RT package or got it from bestpractical?

Everything was working right until I decide to configure the LDAP authentication… I followed the instructions from best practical and then install the CPAN module…I am not sure if I installed in the wrong path.
