RT5.0 msmtp not send email

HI I’m new in RT. I running rt5.0 using external SMTP server for emailing (msmtp for send email). The msmtp itself is working fine. I’ve tested an msmtp command I’ve reserved email. but cant config with RT.

I’m using this article to configure (https://rt-wiki.bestpractical.com/wiki/Msmtp?spm=a2c6h.13066369.0.0.5f59193dt7Fetg](http://Msmtp)

Error while reading message with no usable sender address (R=1kXjCa-000BNC-Fh): at least one malformed recipient address: www-data@rt@mydomain.com - malformed address: @mydomain.com may not follow www-data@rt
2020-10-28 15:01:12 1kXjCa-000BNC-Fh Process failed (1) when writing error

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Regards!
Haik

We’re not msmtp users here but just looking at that error it looks like something is adding the user that the web server is run under (www-data) to your RT address (rt@mydomain.com). You might want to look in the RT ticket and see what address it thought it was trying to send this email to. If it has www-data@rt@mydomain.com in the emails in the transaction then its an RT config issue, otherwise its something happening in your msmtp config/wrapper script/set up.
