Is it possible to change the status of a ticket via the REST API in RT5.0.1 when a correspondence/comment is added?
In the rt-extension-rest2, this functionality is already implemented: Add ability to update status at the same time as posting a comment or… · bestpractical/rt-extension-rest2@3251bfc · GitHub.
Does it make sense to add this feature to RT5.0.1?
