RT3 on Mandrake 8.2

Hi all,

I’ve attempted to setup RT 3.0.3 on a Mandrake 8.2 box and gotten part
of the way there - Users can be created and can login but I can’t create
queues such that tickets can be added to them or groups such that users
can be added to them etc.

After creating a group and then logging out (or a queue), the created
group (or queue) does not appear in the group (or queue) selection list.

Any ideas/recommendations? I’ve removed the majority of
Mandrake-supplied Perl modules and installed fresh ones from CPAN.

Hi,

i would like to setup a new database for my existing rt (3.0.4rc2), because
somone deleted some stuff (and i didn’t have a actual backup :frowning: and all
the sudden, some tickets get mixed up (also strange issues if we open new
tickets, like you see a history from previous tickets !)

I just need to save a couple Tickets (between 10-15), which i need to import
in the new database.

Now my question is, in which tables need i look for, to get back all the
required ticket details (i’m also using custom fields) ?
