Maybe my eyes don’t see it - on rt2 there’s a link to “take” a ticket. On
rt3, I don’t seem to see that link. Anyone know how to add it back?

Make sure the user has the TakeTicket and OwnTicket rights to the queue.

If you’re talking about the Take link that was in the Search Listing
result in RT2… can add that back by editing
share/html/Search/Elements/TicketRow and
share/html/Search/Elements/TicketHeader
In TicketRow just replace one of the column entries (or add a new
column) with:
Take
As the content.
Then just edit TicketHeader to make sure the column headings match up
with the number of columns in your row.
