I am getting the same problem.
I tried restarting as Jesse suggested.
I do not know how to “clear the mason page caches”
Sorry to be so clueless, but if that worked for you could you tell me how to do it?
(I’m running redhat 7.3 if it makes any difference)

Delete everything in RT_HOME/var/maon_data/obj/local and
RT_HOME/var/maon_data/obj/standard

I tried it (and restarted again) and it still didn’t
work. Perhaps I should just install 3.08 fresh and
then restore the Database. (?)
