Rt3-contrib to scan requests for custom field values

Hello,

this is the first time I pack a contrib for RT into a package. There is a
Makefile and a README in the archive, which you should read.

The purpose of this contribution is to provide a flexible engine to scan
requests for values to be stored in custom fields for the ticket.

Scanning is performed with a ScripAction and controlled with a Template,
which consists of a control line for each custom field to be scanned for.

Scanning is very flexible by providing regexp-pattern matching and the
possibility to post-change a pattern match value before wirting it into the
custom field value.

Further explanations and some examples are provided in the archive.
