I notice that when rt3 creates a new user account ‘on the fly’, it uses
the requestor’s e-mail address. I would like to use just the username i.e.
if bloggs@mydomain.uk submitted a ticket for the first time, an account
would be created with a username of just ‘bloggs’. Can anyone advise on
how to do this?
