Is there such a thing (or method of creating) as an RT3 analog to the
RT2 scrip “OpenTicket”? What I’d like to do is automatically open a
ticket when a tech takes it.

Okay now I feel like a total dumb a$$. Where is it? What am I missing?

It’s a default Scrip Action. Create a scrip. Look at the “Action”
pulldown menu.
