Activate the log in RT_SiteConfig.pm
You can set the log method (debug is the most detailled)

Subject: [rt-users] RT3.0.4 not sending mail?
I’ve just set up 3.0.4, and it’s sporadically not sending mail.
Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m currently trying
’sendmail’ instead of ‘sendmailpipe’, but it’s hard to tell yet if
that’s made any difference.
I guess the lead-in question is: where the heck are the logs? Logging
in RT2 ‘just worked’, but I can’t seem to find where the logs are being
