I have moved from rt1 to rt2, onto a new host, i’ve imported the database but noticed none of the comments for the tickets were there, I’ve grabbed all transactions from /var/lib/rt/transactions on my RT1 host, but i cant find a transactions directory on my RT2 host. How can i merge the RT1 comments into my RT2 install.
I really have to fix this, any help will be greatly appreciated
