Rt2-to-rt3 import errors - missing many tickets

I exported some 15k tickets from rt2 and spent several hours watching
them import into rt3. However, it appears that only 908 tickets were
imported.

mysql> select count() from Tickets;
| count(
) |
| 908 |

The only errors I saw were like:

[Thu Jul 3 23:41:32 2003] [error]: Could not load create a user with
the email address ‘support@intelenet.com’ to add as a watcher for
ticket 15810 (/opt/rt3/lib/RT/Ticket_Overlay.pm:1438)

.t-15822
[Thu Jul 3 23:41:50 2003] [crit]: Failed to create user
support@intelenet.com: Name in use (/opt/rt3/lib/RT/User_Overlay.pm:595)

Scrip imports failed (expected that) and I got a handful of “Couldn’t
create link from fsck.com-rt:…”

Using version 1.12 into rt3.0.4pre1 on a redhat8 box with a self-built
perl 5.8.

Did you create any custom status values in rt2? I ran into the same problem
… I needed to add the status types to my installation of RT3 before I could
run a clean import …
Are the missing tickets in the dumpfile? Perhaps a cut-n-paste of one of
the missing tickets (one of your small ones of course) would help.
