Thanks for opening the bug.

To reverse the display order of transactions, insert
the following line in WebRT/html/Ticket/Elements/ShowHistory

just after ‘my $Transactions = $Ticket->Transactions;’

$Transactions->OrderBy( ALIAS => ‘main’,
FIELD => ‘Created’,
