RT2 Statistics Development

Well I just finished installing the RT2 stats package and think it is
pretty cool, and has a lot of potential. As far as creating reports for
bosses, this may or may not be adequate for most people, but I would
like to see a bit more functionality.

Specifically I would like to be able to generate stats for tickets
opened/closed based on keywords.

Now on to the purpose of this email: I was wondering if anyone is
working on development for rt2 stats or has build in any more
functionality. If not, I plan to revamp the current stats package with
this and other functionality (based on suggestions) and hopefully get it
in the contribs directory. I just wanted to avoid any duplication of
effort, so please let me know if you are currently working on this.

Now on to the purpose of this email: I was wondering if anyone is

I’m working out some specifications with Jesse about a reporting
add-on for RT. This may or may not involve the statistics package.
At any rate, I intend to give the statistics package a good revisiting
in the next few months.
