RT2 Sending email

I just set up RT2 from scratch. Brand new queue, brand new users, etc.

I also have RT1 running alongside of it as I was planning a gradual
transition (since the import script is currently broken).

For some reason though, RT2 cannot or does not send email for Create
requests, Replies, etc. RT1, running on the same box, does.

Apparently I’ve missed something in the queue setup, but comparing RT1
config to RT2 config I do not see any differences in the queue
configuration nor the mail configuration.

What did I miss?
