I compiled RT with the base email-options, though I have Qmail installed.
Now, everytime I want to send an comment/reply I get HTTP/500 Internal
server error. My reply is being added (if I do a ‘go back’). Anyone who’s
using a secure qmail in stead of sendmail ;-o ;))

Please send the tail of your Apache error logs to the list to help
diagnose the problem.

I’ve set the permissions to rt (chown rt.rt /usr/local/rt -R) but still this
error. Also the sendmail is saying I’m using the incorrect parameters, so if
anyone can send me the $mail_options for qmail

That doesn’t look like a qmail problem - does /usr/local/rt/etc/config.pm
exist, and is readable by the right user? su to the user you are running
rt as and make sure it works.
qmail includes a sendmail compatible wrapper, so the $mail_options
you need are just ‘-oi -t’

Did anyone manage to get RT work with Qmail in stead of sendmail?

Some people will say that words like scum and rotten are wrong for
Objective Journalism – which is true, but they miss the point. It was
the built-in blind spot of the Objective rules and dogma that allowed
Nixon to slither into the White House in the first place. (–HST)
