RT Statistics seems a little buggy especially when dealing with days
that have no data… If I display the previous 6 days (without
weekeneds) I get this:
Number of Tickets Handled in helpdesk Per Day
Dates resolved created killed
Mon 17 4 10 0
Tue 18 4 6 0
Wed 19 12 5 0
Thu 20 13 15 1
Fri 21 10 9 0
Mon 24 3 3 0
Now if I do the same thing (with weekends):
Number of Tickets Handled in helpdesk Per Day
Dates resolved created killed
Wed 19 12 5 0
Thu 20 13 15 1
Fri 21 0 0 0
Sat 22 0 0 0
Sun 23 10 9 0
Mon 24 3 3 0
Any ideas why these numbers don’t line up starting on Friday?
