I just ran a svn checkout of RT 3.4-RELEASE, and find that a whole bunch
of files are marked executable that probably should not be. I’ve seen
this before, when someone was using SAMBA to access files stored on a
Linux machine. If SAMBA is not configured properly, it will map the
Windows file attribute bits onto Unix ones, marking files as executable.
